Manuela Stamatovic is a business, brand and management consultant, marketing lecturer, and mentor with 25 years of professional experience in FMCG, cosmetics, banking, and aviation.

She was born in Switzerland, studied business and marketing in Paris obtaining her Bachelor of Business Administration from the IFAM Business School in Paris. She also holds a master’s degree in European business and marketing from the Faculty of European Business and Marketing in Belgrade.

Manuela started her business career at Coca-Cola and has proceeded to work on managerial positions at L’Oreal in Paris and Belgrade, Erste Bank and Sberbank in Belgrade, as well as being the Director of Marketing and Corporate Affairs at Air Serbia.

Today, she is the founder and owner of Puzzle Consulting, a boutique consulting firm aimed at small and medium enterprises in the field of business, brand, and marketing consulting.

She is a board member of the Association of Business Women in Serbia, the largest national organization for women business owners, where she has implemented the initiative e-ABW for digital female entrepreneurs, with the main goal to strengthen the Association’s membership base and modernize operations with a special focus on the digital economy.
Manuela is the lead lecturer for marketing at the Mokrogorska business school, where she has been teaching for eight years. She is also listed as a consultant for the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development in Serbia.

She is an IVLP Alumni (International Visitor Leadership Program) and the recipient of the ‘Success Flower’ award by the Association of Business Women in Serbia dedicated to leaders in female entrepreneurship in Serbia.

She is a mentor of the e-mentoring program of the Association of Business Women in Serbia and is fluent in 5 international languages.
